Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received (no damage, stains, or alterations)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
- Final Sale items
- Customized or special-order products (unless defective)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and approval (if eligible).
Return Shipping
- Damaged or defective items: We cover 100% of return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer may be responsible for return shipping
A return tracking number will be provided where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
Note: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange for a product of equal or lesser value
- Replacement item is shipped after return inspection approval
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping)
- After dispatch, orders must follow the return process
Product Condition Requirements
